We are looking for a Support Worker in Madeley, WA.

Client is a complex participant and requires someone with the following qualities:
Understanding of medical sector, mainly in booking appointments, understanding basic terminology.

Attending appointments with dentist, Drs. ,specialists, and any other medically orientated appointments or phone calls.

Days and Timings:
Thursday: 9am - 2pm

Support Worker must have:
Disability Qualification, e.g. Certificate 3 or 4

NDIS Workers Screening Check

Working with Children's check

Reliable Car along with Driving License.
