Our business has expanded and we are in need of a great Admin and Sales assistant in our Auburn office.

Role Requirements:

- A team player with a positive 'can-do' attitude is essential
- Reliable, with a commitment to long term employment
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Excellent communication skills - both written and spoken
- Ability to Multi-task and stay calm under pressure
- Ability to work in a busy office environment
- Experience is not essential, however any prior applicable work experience would be highly regarded.

About the Role:

- Assisting with General Office Tasks - answering the phone, sorting and filing, tidying etc
- Arranging of Freight for completed Jobs
- Invoicing of completed Jobs
- Data Entry and Analysis
- Dealing with Customer Enquiries
- Generally lending a hand wherever needed
- Standard Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4h30pm (This can be flexible depending on the situation)
- Immediate Start available
