Responsibilities / What you will do
This apprenticeship provides on-the-job training while completing a Certificate III in Electrotechnology. You will work with and be supported by qualified tradespeople, gaining practical experience across the early years of your trade.
Who can Apply
Currently in your 1st or 2nd year of Certificate III in Electrotechnology
Ability to obtain a Class C driver's licence when able to
Australian citizen or eligible to work in Australia (evidence required)

Position Details
We are seeking a motivated and reliable first or second year Apprentice Electrician to join our team commencing January 2026 on a term contract, full-time basis. You will receive on-the-job training and complete a Certificate III in Electrotechnology. The fourth year will be a purely practical experience.
The salaries and conditions of employment are in accordance with the Blacktown City Council Enterprise Agreement.
