Volunteer - Active Ageing

You know how important it is to keep up your health, and active ageing is one of our greatest focuses in Residential Care to keep residents living healthily with a good quality of life.
Volunteers have many skills and life experiences that can help our residents with healthy ageing. You can be involved in:
- Supporting activities within our residential gym
- Wheelchair use - supporting residents to and from the gym
- Supporting the Health and Wellness Promoter (a paid staff member)
We look forward to hearing from you if you are interested in this opportunity to be the difference in the lives of our residents.

**Time commitment**
We work with all volunteers to set up the most suitable days and times for you. Any amount of time you can give, whether it's a few days a week or a few hours a month, is valuable for our community and much appreciated.
