Seeking E**xperienced Dispatch Storeperson** to start at **6am** in **Thornbury**.

Manage Freezers and dispatch area in a safe, efficient and orderly manner. Ensure all orders are picked and dispatched on time and complete associated documentation in an accurate and timely manner.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Accurately pick and dispatch customer orders on time
- Maintain accurate and timely recordkeeping and paperwork
- Comply with Exquisine's Food Safety and Quality Program
- Ensure inventory is up to date and accurate in the computer system
- Manage stock in freezer and ensure that adequate space is available for production
- Book and liaise with transport companies
- Ensure con notes and PODs are printed and matched to stock
- Conduct a freezer stock take weekly and investigate discrepancies
- Ensure the freezer and dispatch area is kept clean and tidy

**OTHER FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Complete dispatch logs daily
- Book stock to be sent to off-site storage
- Re-palletize stock from previous day's production
- Ensure all pallets are labelled correctly
- Work closely with Production & Packing room Team Leader & staff and provide assistance to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Packing Room
- Cover Inwards Goods Store Person in their absence
- Assist with other warehouse functions as required
