**Our Hotel**

Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach is a luxurious five-star hotel located in the heart of Broadbeach. We are situated just 200m from patrolled beaches and our hotel features 296 beautifully appointed rooms and suites, all with breathtaking Pacific Ocean or Hinterland views.

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll play a vital role in our team, ensuring seamless events, functions, and restaurant service. Whether you excel in banquets or thrive in our signature restaurant Bistro On3, we have opportunities for you to shine. From serving guests with professionalism to setting up banquet venues, you'll contribute to creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
- Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Set up and prepare banquet venues according to event requirements and standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to exceed expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of Food & Beverage outlets.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless coordination during events and service.
- Adhere to brand standards, policies, and health and safety regulations at all times.

**Qualifications**
- Passion for hospitality, service excellence, innovation, and drive
- Motivated with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience in hospitality and/or luxury environments preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Professional appearance representing our Sofitel brand
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
