Production & Operations Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Operations Coordinator to join our team at Barossa Valley Estate.
Reporting to the General Manager, this role will be responsible for delivering planning and business processes, supporting the Operations Teams in all grape, winemaking and production operations.
The key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating and managing the operations plan and production plan
- Contract bottling, booking, transport co-ordination and on-site quality control
- Receival of goods
- End of month reconciliations
- Costing, invoicing and finished goods movements
- Administration of all Production related matters and Winery operations
- Raising purchase orders with suppliers
- Export administration

**About you**
- Have experience in logistics, accounts or administration in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communicator who values collaboration and working in a team
- Self-driven, organised, with high attention to detail
- Effective planner and able to work across multiple deadlines
- Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite Intermediate user including Excel
