- Great customer service skills
- Able to perform in a high fast paced environment
- Demonstrated leadership skills and effective coaching skills in assistance to the Retail Manager.
- Attention to detail and well-developed organisational skills, including a high-level focus on health and safety.
- A track record of continuous improvement and identification of opportunities to improve staffing performance.
- Flexibility to work across all retail trading hours, including weekends.
- Time management skills
- Have worked with KPI Performance

Pay: $32.00 - $34.00 per hour
