About Tombo Den:
Tombo Den is a moody, two-level homage to late-night Tokyo, set in the buzzing and eclectic heart of Chapel Street, Windsor. Helmed by Head Chef Dan Chan, the restaurant and sake bar's offering of small plates delivers a playful, yet considered nod to the Japanese street food classics, with a centrepiece sushi counter and plenty of hero produce cooked over coals.

About LUCAS Restaurants:
Home to Australia's most beloved and acclaimed restaurants, including Chin Chin Melbourne and Sydney, GoGo Bar, Kisumé, Hawker Hall, Baby Pizza, Yakimono, Society and Grill Americano and the newly opened Tombo Den. Australian in our approach and unbound by dining traditions, creating venues and experiences to be shared with others.

About the Opportunity:
We are looking for the industry's best Waitstaff, Runners and Bartenders to join our opening team and deliver a best-in-class experience for our guests.
- At least 1 year experience working as a Waitstaff, Runner or Bartender
- Experience in a high-volume, a-la-carte restaurant is highly regarded
- Can demonstrate a 3-plate carry
- Exceptional service skills and guest focus
- Adaptable and have a "can do" attitude
- Excellent communication and presentation
- Friendly and approachable demeanour
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and learn on the fly
- Available and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
- Victorian RSA Certificate
