Inverell (NSW)Inverell NSW Full Time $41.41 Per Hour Base Rate + Salary Packaging BenefitsThe RoleMcLean Care is seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our team at McLean Care's Killean Residential Aged Care facility, in beautiful Inverell in New South Wales.In this role, you'll provide high-quality clinical care to our aged care residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, ensuring dignity, safety, and person-centred support at all times.About YouYou are a caring and empathetic professional, passionate about making a difference in your community.
You'll have:EssentialCurrent AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2)Minimum 12 months' practical experience post AHPRA registration + medication endorsementStrong clinical knowledge and a background in Residential Aged CareExcellent written, verbal, and analytical communication skillsTeam-focused mindset with initiative and adaptabilityStrong organisational and time management skillsAbility to use smartphones/tablets and learn new systemsTwo recent managerial/supervisory refereesAbility to obtain a free Police Clearance (organised by McLean Care)Positive attitude and willingness to learnAlignment with McLean Care's core valuesUnderstanding of Aged Care Quality & Safety Standards and Person-Centred Care Possess an AU driving licence and a registered/insured roadworthy vehicle to get to and from shifts.
