**Join our client as a Warehouse Administration Team member**

Daily duties may include:

- Coordination of freight movements for various customers
- Communicating directly with customers and solve queries.
- Maintaining warehouse inventory records via the WMS
- Job registration & processing - inbound and outbound via the WMS
- Booking local couriers and interstate transport via online portals
- Customer Service
- Invoicing and cost allocation
- General Office administration and reporting as necessary.

Ideally you would have:

- Come from a customer service or administration background
- You have a growth mindset with a willingness to continually learn
- Are customer focused. You will go out of your way to ensure we provide the best in the industry
- You have a team-player mentality
- You are able to work autonomously and be self-directed within your role
- Can communicate clearly in English

This is a 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday role. Onsite requirement - Chipping Norton, NSW Location. Salary commensurate with experience and immediate start is available.
