**About this opportunity**:
Inventory Management
- Manage all Floor to Door, Click and Collect, and Ship from Store transactions promptly.
- Receive, inspect, and unpack shipments, noting any discrepancies, damages, and delays.
- Process damaged stock according to company guidelines.
- Unpack and organize new deliveries, ensuring stock is neat, tidy, and labeled correctly.
- Handle consolidation requests promptly.
- Rotate stock biweekly between "home" back room and offsite storage.
- Keep pathways and stock areas clear of rubbish and excess stock.
- Prepare for and execute stock-takes.
- Report, investigate, and manage stock discrepancies efficiently.
- Serve as the primary contact for retrieving offsite stock for customers.
- Enhance customer experience by ensuring easy stock accessibility.
- Collaborate with management to align stock arrangement with sales trends.
- Maintain accurate product labeling for functionality.
- Develop and share ideas to improve stock efficiency.

Customer Service
- Assist customers with merchandise, offering styling, sizing, and product knowledge.
- Maintain in-depth product and brand knowledge to provide advice and recommendations.
- Increase the VIP customer base and follow up with customers and VIPs.
- Keep customers informed about current sales, rewards programs, and return policies.
- Perform general customer service duties, including greeting customers and fitting room service.
- Convert customer interactions into sales and achieve store budgets and KPIs.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and answer queries.
- Handle customer refunds and maintain store security.
- Update customer records in the company database.
- Process payments using cash registers, credit card machines, and POS systems.
- Provide customer updates, feedback, and reports to the Assistant Store Manager.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
- Nurture relationships with VIP customers, keeping them informed about new deliveries, sales, and events.

- Support and coordinate the opening and closing of the store
- Supporting the management team and being a senior lead to your direct reports
- Uses initiative and decision-making skills, whilst ensuring all decisions are aligned to Aje and the boutique
- Is punctual and dependable
- A proven track record of understanding and achieving performance indicators in a customer facing environment
- Up to date with current fashion trends domestically and internationally
- Effective communication and presentation skills that allows you to build relationships with customers, team members and key stakeholders of the business
- Personable and approachable
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 16kg
