**Prime Edge Caravans | Epping, VIC**
Prime Edge Caravans is an Australian-owned caravan manufacturer dedicated to building luxury, high-end caravans. We're looking for an experienced **Accounts & Administration Assistant** to join our friendly team in Epping.
**Your day-to-day will involve**:
- Managing all aspects of accounts payable, including weekly and monthly payment runs.
- Processing weekly payroll and contractor payments.
- Assisting with month-end reconciliations and forecasts.
- Supporting purchasing and inventory control.
- Handling general administration and reception duties.
**What you'll need to succeed**:
- At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable and payroll.
- Proficiency with Xero accounting software, Microsoft Office & Google Workspace.
- A strong understanding of bookkeeping fundamentals (a relevant qualification is a plus).
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
