**Hours**: Rotating roster between 8am-6pm/35 hours per week

**Location: Kingscliff**

**Duties**:
The Student Sales officer is responsible for delivering customer-focused transactional support activities, relating to the inquiry management of new students across multiple channels to support successful new student acquisition via conversion, enrolment, and completion rates.
- There will be a range of sales, customer service, and administrative tasks.
- Sales experience would be highly regarded, however, contact Center, education or high volume-based work experience is a must.
- Used to working in a high-volume operating environment
- Experienced using telephony, CRM highly regarded.
- Previous Sales or contact center experience highly regarded.
- Customer service experience.
- Tech savvy individuals.
- Motivation to work in a contract role
- Valid WWCC - please state number and expiry on CV
- Must be able to clear Police Check
