**About the Opportunity**

ECH Inc are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Training Specialist to deliver face to face and e-learning training. This role is also responsible for the design and implementation of on-going training materials including User Guides, Reference Guides and e-learning. This exciting opportunity will work with Change Managers, Business Analysts, and other project team members to ensure business process and system changes are accurately reflected in training materials. This role will be crucial in ensuring successful adoption and utilisation of the Alayacare platform and will be responsible for evaluating training effectiveness. **About You**

You have extensive knowledge in instructional design and experience in adult learning and training delivery.

You are kind, even when a bit stressed out, dynamic and energetic. You are also flexible and adaptable to change.

You will have experience in providing Go Live and Post go Live support in a project environment.

You are passionate about creating change and helping implement the tools effectively.

You are adaptable and can work under multiple deadlines.
