And we're on the hunt for a talented Front-End Developer to join our buzzing (and flourishing) Development team
Day to day you'll:
Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript.
Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, CRO specialists, and project managers to bring designs to life.
Provide a confident voice from a technical perspective in client and project meetings.
Recommend and implement modern tech stacks for projects of varying sizes and budgets.
Support your peers with technical guidance, code reviews, and quality assurance.
Help improve and standardise the agency's development practices.
Stay on top of emerging technologies and introduce innovative solutions to strengthen our technical function.
Balance between supporting the team and efficiently delivering your own work.
We are looking for:
Minimum 5 years' experience in software development, ideally in an agency environment, with progression into a leadership role.
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS/Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, and React/Next.js.
Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with version control systems, especially Git.
A product-first mindset with high attention to design details and user empathy.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to adapt to changing requirements.
A passion for continuous learning and keeping up with the latest technologies and industry trends.
