WE ARE LOOKING FOR DUTY SUPERVISORS TO JOIN OUR TEAM TO WORK ACROSS OUR SUMMER EVENTS PROGRAMME

The Duty Supervisor (DS) is responsible for the daily operations of URBNSURF Melbourne, ensuring all

park policies and procedures are conformed to, all health and safety requirements are met, and the

appropriate service levels are given to all guests.

The successful applicant will need to ensure that at all times they:

- Maintain and promote safety across all areas of operations
- Monitor staffing levels to deliver the highest levels of efficiency whilst maintaining guest service to an exceptional standard
- Liaise with all departments to ensure URBNSURF policies and procedures are adhered to
- Ensure the highest levels of safety for both crew and guests
- Ensure park presentation levels are maintained to an exceptional standard both during park operating hours and prior to park opening.

**Skills & Abilities**
- Ability to lead a staffing team
- First Aid experience - feeling comfortable in a first aid setting
- Lead the team through clear, consice instruction
- The ability to think on your feet independantly
- Problem Solving Skills
- Williness to learn and jump in
- Great communicator

**Experience**: Minimum one year in a supervisory role or team leader role**

**Education/Qualifications**:

- **HLTAID009 Perform CPR or equivalent**:

- **RSA trained**:

- **ACF Safeguarding Children and Young People Certificate (completion online prior to commencement)**:

- **Working with Children check**

**Pay Guide**: Amusement, Events & Recreation Award - Grade 4 (Casual)**

**Lead time and Shift Availability**
- **Four days per week likely to be Wed-Saturday or Thurs-Sunday**:

- **Applications close midnight Sunday 8th January**:

- **Interview w/c 9th January**:

- **Training and Shadow Shifts 10th-15th January
