**The Opportunity**

We're looking for a licenced and experienced forklift operator to join our Virginia team on a casual basis covering the afternoon shift.

**The Accountabilities**
- Service 12 production lines, moving equipment and biscuits around the factory.
- Follow and adhere to work instructions.
- Work closely with your allocated "buddy" as you come up to speed in the position.
- Be a reliable team player and contributor.
- Follow OHS policies and procedures at all times.

**The Ingredients for Success**

Just like you can't make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role:

- Previous forklift operating experience (including racking experience) and a current Forklift Licence.
- SAP experience preferred.
- A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to multitask and troubleshoot.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- A good work ethic and understanding of team, safety, and quality operating principles.
