The team is responsible for delivery and maintenance of key products that are delivered on a monthly and quarterly basis to 100+ clients.
This role may work on the delivery and maintenance across following products: Centre iQ, Market Monitor iQ & Council iQ.The Established Solutions team's mission is to continue delivering current offerings whilst driving efficiency gains with engineering and AI practices, in preparation for transforming to our AI-native product over the next 12 months.
This role directly supports CBAiQ's strategic objectives, including delivering sustainable growth, integrating new data sets, and contributing to our ambitious FY25 revenue target.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery Excellence : Product delivery and manage delivery timelines of updatesOnboarding & Client Support: Onboard new clients across a number of clientsData & Mining: Ensure high level of accuracy of our data by ensuring data mining is completed and kept upto dateAI-Driven Innovation : AI-first mindset to drive efficiency gains across all solutions using AI and automationPreferred SkillsStrong Analytical SkillsStrong Excel proficiencyBackground in SQL and Python programmingStrong attention to detailGen AI experienceTeam playerWe encourage applications from candidates who demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and a passion for technical excellence, AI curiosity, and team leadership, even if they don\'t meet every listed requirement.
