Help bring AGL's customer voice to life and play a pivotal role in shaping the experience of 4.7 million AGL customers across a broad range of products and offerings.

The content designer will create and optimise content on the AGL website, our customer 'MyAccount' and our AGL mobile app in order to deliver great experiences for our customers whilst driving sales and service outcomes. This role is part of the Digital Content & Production team, an integral part of our wider digital team and are the custodians of our main customer facing assets.

What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering quality online experiences for our customers via marketing campaigns and product page updates.
- Creating, maintaining, and leading content changes for AGL's digital assets, adhering to best practice guidelines and risk processes.
- Managing the content creation lifecycle — including initiation, writing, stakeholder reviews, and approvals.
- Engaging with stakeholders to advocate and keep Digital front of mind across digital content related initiatives.
- Proactively optimise content across digital platforms.
- Collaborate across Digital teams to create a quality online experience for our customers.
- Work closely with analytics and optimisation teams to support the execution of testing initiatives and SEO optimisation across the website.

About You

We are looking for a dynamic individual with previous digital content experience who is engaging, proactive, and wants to grow their career with AGL.

What you'll bring to the table:

- Previous experience in a content designer role
- Understanding of SEO and user journeys
- Experience working to tight deadlines and prioritising tasks
- Exceptional verbal and written skills
- Stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with UX Designers
- Experience in a regulated industry ideal
