Diesel Fitter

Joyce Mechanical Services is seeking experienced Diesel Fitters to join our team onsite at Dawson Mine.
This is a fixed-term, two-year contract that involves managing the servicing, repairs, and breakdowns of electric drive trucks and various ancillary machinery.
This position will require the suitable applicant to work a 7 on 7 off rotating day/night roster.What's on offer:7:7 roster rotating D/N rosterPaid travel for DIDOMine spec ute - yours to take home on days offSuper on all hoursSalary Sacrifice options availableKey Responsibilities:Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on diesel engines and heavy equipment.Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.Troubleshoot and identify technical issues.Work collaboratively with our team and communicate effectively.Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.Strong work ethic and great attendance record.Qualifications:Previous experience with Komatsu or Liebherr electric drive trucks.Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Knowledge of diesel engines and heavy equipment systems.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.CBM and S11 are highly beneficial.Join Joyce Mechanical Services and become an integral part of our success in providing top-notch maintenance services
