**Monsterball Amusements is looking for someone to join the team**

**We are Perth's largest inflatable amusement company based in Fremantle. We currently have more than 160 different amusements which are used at all different events ranging from private backyard parties, school and sports club events right up to major regional events for mining companies. We are a customer service focused industry, therefore you must value your personal presentation, be able to use your initiative and most importantly have fun with the kids**

**This role will be working under our logistic manager for various tasks such as deliveries, event set up and pack downs as well as supervising the inflatables and mechanical amusements at events with the emphasis being on safety.**

**This position also includes warehouse duties where occupational health and safety rules must be followed.**

**The job offers various and involved tasks with some opportunity to access entry level management and responsibilities for the right applicant. The position also has potential for evolution in the company.**

**You must be available to work one or both days on the weekend but we do offer flexible hours during the week.**

**The position involves**:

- **Loading and unloading equipment (including frequent heavy lifting)**
- **Setting up/Packing up and supervising equipment (as a team or individually)**
- **Scheduled tasks to be completed during the week following your roster. (Tasks are variables ranging from cleaning inflatables, fixing equipment, organizing the weekend deliveries )**

- **Physically fit and able to do heavy lifting**
- **Full-time position (38hrs per week)**
- **Must be available Thursdays to Mondays**
- **Must be willing to work in Metro and Regional area**
- **Must be flexible with early mornings/late nights.**
- **A can-do attitude and excellent communication skills**
- **Must be able to work without supervision and manage a team**
- **Leadership skills**
- **Ability to use hand tools and hand-operated forklift (Training provided)**
- **Must love working outdoors with children**
- **Working with Children Check ( or willing to get one)**
- **Full manual driver license (able to drive a small truck and trailers preferable)**

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fremantle WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
