Step into Leadership - Become a Team Leader at DCV

Disability Connect Victoria (DCV) is on the lookout for a passionate and organised Team Leader to help drive quality and connection in our supported accommodation programs. This is the perfect next step for a Support Worker ready to take on more responsibility while staying hands-on with client care.

You'll still be on the roster providing direct support but you'll also take the lead on key admin, communication, and coordination tasks that keep the program running smoothly. Think of yourself as the vital link between clients, support workers, and the office team.

This is a permanent part-time position based in the Moe area

Shifts:
Monday 9am-2pm

Wednesday 9am-12pm (3 hours admin shift flexible)

Thursday 9am-3pm
- Friday 9am-3pm
