Christmas Casual Sales Assistant - Western Suburbs

The Role
Create a memorable and seamless experience with every customer interaction
Maintain presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management and cleaning
Process customer transactions on the point-of-sale system
Exceed sales targets and business key performance indicators
Provide styling advice and support in fitting rooms
The Ideal Candidate
Experience in a similar fashion retail or customer service role with a strong sense of personal style
Have a can-do, positive attitude to all areas of work
An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and visual merchandising
Exposure to large stock volumes, stock management and in-store fulfillment
A genuine alignment with our values and desire to be part of Seed Heritage
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
Please note:
Our Christmas Casual Sales Assistants must have full availability to work throughout November 2025 – January 2026 including extended trade, weekends and Public Holidays. You may also be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.
