As a key contributor, you will be involved in exciting, diverse, and hands-on work with extensive exposure to cross-border investment and M&A in both public and private markets.
Specifically, this role will see you advising Australian and international clients across various industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
">
Private and public M&A (both domestic and cross-border), private capital raisings, and IPOs.
Advising clients on Corporations Act and Listing Rule compliance.
Managing due diligence exercises and commercial matters.

Requirements:
">
A solicitor with 3-5 years' PQE, with solid experience in corporate transactions gained in a leading law firm or a well-respected boutique.
Well-honed drafting skills for M&A transactions and shareholders agreements.
Ability to manage due diligence exercises commensurate ECM and public M&A experience.
Excellent attention to detail and critical analysis.
Ability to manage client work with the support and guidance of partners.
