*About the Role:*

Cross Fit Maroubra is seeking a full-time Sports Coach to instruct participants of all ages using our science-based program designed by Andrew Stowe. In this role, you will receive one-on-one mentoring to maximize your skills and ensure that all sessions are well-supervised, delivering optimum results.

*Key Details:*
- *Position:* Full-Time Sports Coach
- *Hours:* 38 hours per week
- *Location:* Our flagship training facility in Maroubra and contracted schools in the local area

*Prerequisites:*
- Formal qualifications and a minimum of three years of on-the-job experience
- Note: On-the-job training will be provided in addition to your previous experience

*Responsibilities:*
- Coaching, training, and instructing athletes
- Analysing performances and developing abilities
- Motivating athletes and supervising training sessions
- Arranging entries into events
- Overseeing the promotion and delivery of our sports programs

We are looking for a coach who is loyal, nurturing, motivating, and respectful to everyone. You should be ready to deliver great training sessions consistently and be a team player. As part of our small but tight-knit team, we value good character, friendliness, dedication, and a can-do attitude. The ability to take on additional tasks to help keep our operations running smoothly is essential.
