**Propagation Nursery | Sales & Logistics Representative**

Peninsula Growers is a family-owned and run wholesale tube stock production nursery. With a diverse range of over 300 native and exotic plant varieties, we take pride in delivering high-quality products to our customers. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Sales and Logistics Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating smooth operations in our Dispatch department while maintaining excellent customer communication.

**Responsibilities**:

- Arrange local and interstate stock transport, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with transportation regulations.
- Perform computer data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update various systems and records.
- Organize dispatch orders and coordinate with staff to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Manage bio-security protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Update stock lists to maintain accurate records of available products.
- Assist with stock preparation.

**Requirements**:

- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Proficient in computer data entry and basic knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Plant identification is highly regarded.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: Up to $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Boneo, VIC 3939: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
