Australia Saimaa Support Services Full time

Tasks and duties

Hoisting and transfers.
Helping with household tasks.
Providing personal care support - showering, toileting, oral care, ect.
Administering medication.
Helping clients learn new skills.
Doing grocery shopping and preparing meals.
Working with doctors and therapists to ensure support.
Adjusting and adapting communication and body language to suit client needs.
Supporting clients to develop new hobbies and interests.
Transporting and accompanying clients to appointments.
Assistance with clients interested and hobbies.

**Job Type**: Subcontract

**Salary**: From $50.50 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Shift work

**Experience**:

- Support work or nursing: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Yellow card (required)
- CPR Certification (required)
- First Aid Certification (required)
- Admistering medication certificate (required)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Doolandella, QLD (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
