WHAT WE DO

Grid Electrics Group deploys high-output commercial solar systems across schools, warehouses, and government infrastructure. This is not domestic fluff. You'll be **boots-on-roof**, wiring power into the grid, lifting panels like a beast (**EWP provided**), and executing precision installs that pass **audit-grade inspections**.

- **YOUR ROLE**_

You'll be part of an elite install crew, operating like a strike team.
- Install **50kW to 500kW+** commercial solar systems
- Mount panels, manage cabling, wire inverters & integrate switchboards
- Read site plans, operate solo or as crew
- Diagnose & resolve issues like a surgeon with a drill
- Travel across **metro + rural NSW** — occasional night work, paid travel
- **YOUR GEAR**_
- 1+ Year **Solar or Roof Work** Experience
- **White Card**, **Working at Heights**, **EWP Ticket** (bonus)
- **Driver's License** — no excuses
- Mentality**:Early. Sharp. No half jobs.** Results > excuses.

Pay: $31.50 - $46.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
