**About you**

You are a hands on leader who is proactive and has a positive approach to multi-site retail management. You are looking for a new role managing a successful team who you can develop through leadership and coaching.

You will use your influence and passion for customer relations to lead your team to success while underpinning the importance of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

**Your responsibilities;**

Our Area Managers are responsible for the proactive management of our stores in all aspects of their success including sales growth, profitability and people. Your key responsibilities include;
- Driving store sales to achieve and exceed budget for your Area.
- Coaching store managers in merchandising and sales techniques to grow sales within their store.
- Focusing on team and store development within your area
- Communicating sales budgets to your team and refocusing as required.
- Providing training and supporting development of your team members.
- Identifying and managing areas of under performance in stores and working with Management and HR to resolve.
- Focus on identifying strategies to maximise growth within the region

**Experience Required**
- 5+ years' experience in a similar role in multi-site retail management
- Confident communication skills to lead you team to success
- Proven delivery of consistent sales results
- Excellent time management skills and experience in dealing with multiple priorities.
- A drive to succeed and grow within the business.
- Willingness to travel as a multi-site manager.

Salary includes, Base + Super + Incentive + Car Allowance + Fuel Card
