**About the Role**:
NHP Electrical Engineering Products is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Graduate Sales Trainee / Brand Ambassador to join our dynamic Sales team. This role will require you to be on the road with a company car and offers a fantastic opportunity to represent our brand, gain exposure to a wide range of products and learn how NHP operates, with the view of developing your career in Sales.

Reporting to the Wholesale Sales Manager, your role responsibilities will include:

- Keeping track of inventory levels and restocking shelves identifying opportunities to increase revenue.
- Collaborating with the sales team to understand sales goals and plan merchandising activities accordingly.
- Addressing and resolving client issues directly related to NHP brand presentation in a timely and efficient manner utilising appropriate internal resources.
- Providing regular updates on Brand status within branches to sales team.
- Implementing promotional activities in line with the marketing team's and regional wholesaler lead's strategies.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with store management and staff.
- Build and maintain data information on customers and competitors utilising CRM.

**Ideally you will have / be**:

- A recent graduate with a keen interest in developing a career in Sales
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with a range of customers
- An ability to 'listen to the customer' & translate needs into business solutions
- Focused, passionate & willing to go above and beyond
