**The Opportunity: Assistant Director / Educational Leader**
- **Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 5 days per week

**We would love you to have**:

- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education
- Previous experience as an educational leader
- Use your amazing coaching techniques to help develop reflective practices
- Identify areas of improvement and support educators in their planning
- Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and maintain a professional manner in the workplace
- Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- A current Qld Blue Card
- Be passionate about a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for our children

Our 24 centres offer a range of services to our families such as beach, bush and farm kindy, swimming and Healthy Bodies Programs. **Our Centre**

**Bellbowrie Early Education Centre**is located just a 400m walk to Moggill State School. Our Centre opened in January 2006 and cares for up to 119 children per day. We are passionate about teaching sustainable behaviours, instilling the knowledge and values that help support sustainable environments and won the 2022 WasteSmart Award from the Brisbane City Council. We also offer a range of valuable programs for our children such as Bush Kindy, PMP, Ella language program, Little Scientists and a Barefoot Nursery.
