Our centre is located in Rhodes, it is purpose built and offers quality care 5 days a week for 41 children. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic learner who is excited about starting a career in Early Childhood Education and Care, that will be very well trained by our Centre Director and a very experienced team of educators.

We are looking for someone who is:

- Passionate about early childhood education
- Able to manage work and study
- Willing to have fun and learn on the job
- Able to work Full-time or Part-time
- Available for immediate start

We will provide:

- A supportive and experienced team
- Weekly rostered time for studies
- Support for a healthy work/life balance

The position would involve working at our centre full time and studying for your certificate III in Children's Services over the course of a year. As this is a traineeship, you will have access to some study hours within your roster. Your role would be to work with children between the ages of 0 to 6 years old, to support their learning and development.

Please note that this position is for a non-trained applicant ready to study/work in a traineeship capacity. No other previous experience is necessary.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rhodes, NSW 2138: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
