**The Role**

Hy-Tec currently has an opportunity for a Quarry Worker to join our **Kalbar**,** **Queensland plant in a full time permanent role. Our Quarry Workers operate mobile and fixed plant and equipment, including front end loaders and forklifts.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure safety, health and environment standards are maintained
- Operate mobile and fixed plant
- Undertake housekeeping, basic maintenance and general labouring duties
- Report Incidents/hazards to the supervisor

**What you will need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience in operating mobile plant and/or heavy equipment
- Current driver's licence and own reliable transport
- Loader operator ticket (preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude (preferred)
- Strong commitment to health and safety
