Position Overview:
We are seeking a warm and professional individual to join our team as a Casual Client Services Receptionist, working one day a week starting January 2025. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet clients with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported.
- Schedule and manage appointments using our clinic's booking system.
- Process payments and manage client billing information.
- Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Collaborate with psychologists and other clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using office software and booking systems (experience with PowerDiary is a plus).
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Prior experience in a reception or client services role, preferably in a healthcare or psychology setting, is desirable but not required.
