**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive valuations of various commercial properties, including office buildings, retail spaces, industrial facilities, and mixed-use developments
- Gather and analyse relevant market data, property information, and economic indicators to inform valuation assessments
- Prepare detailed valuation reports that clearly communicate findings and methodologies to clients and stakeholders
- Conduct site inspections and property tours to assess physical condition, location, and other relevant factors
- Stay up to date with local, regional, and national property market trends and regulations
- Liaise with clients, property owners, and other professionals in the real estate industry to gather necessary information
- Utilise industry-standard valuation software and tools to support accurate assessments
- Contribute to business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and maintaining client relationships
- Collaborate with team members on complex valuation projects
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, ethical guidelines, and company policies in all valuation activities

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Valuation, or a related field.

Fully qualified Valuer, API.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in valuation software and Microsoft Office suite.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for site inspections.
