**Housekeeper / Room Attendant**

Quest Dandenong Central is a 95 property located in the heart of Dandenong, only 2 minutes walking distance from Dandenong Train Station.

Quest Dandenong Central now has an exciting opportunity available for a **Housekeeper **to join its team on a casual basis working.

**The Role**

Quest Dandenong Central's housekeepers are highly valued members of our team, and key to ensuring positive experiences for our guests and the overall success of the business.

In particular, the role involves providing housekeeping and room attendant services for apartments (studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms apartments ) and cleaning common areas to ensure high standards of presentation of the property in line with the Quest brand standards, and efficient operations based on occupancy demands and guest needs.

Will demonstrate a can-do, responsible, and flexible approach to work, excellent communication skills, a friendly customer service demeanor, a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, discretion in guest interaction, and a strong appreciation for workplace safety. An ability to follow instructions and work quickly and efficiently to achieve individual and team goals is key.

Prior experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role ideally in a business environment is essential, and qualifications and prior experience in the hospitality, travel or tourism industries would be highly regarded.

The successful applicant must be available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, and have entitlements to work in Australia.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $23.00 - $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- On call
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dandenong, VIC 3175: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
