Backed by strong revenue streams, with some business units exceeding $100M+ turnover, they are a trusted industry leader known for delivering high-quality, long-term asset protection solutions.Job DescriptionIdentifying and securing new business opportunities across WA in the mining, infrastructure, and commercial sectors.Managing and growing existing client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.Selling specialised services such as mine remediation, waterproofing, facade repairs, and infrastructure protection.Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.Travelling within WA to meet clients on-site, understand project needs, and provide tailored solutions.Collaborating with internal teams, including business unit and operations managers, to ensure project delivery and customer satisfaction.Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities to stay ahead in the industry.Utilising CRM tools like Salesforce to track leads, manage accounts, and report on sales performance.The Successful ApplicantA strong sales hunter - Confident in identifying and winning new business, with a track record of success in B2B sales.Experienced in construction, mining, infrastructure, or industrial services - Understanding of these industries and their key decision-makers.Resilient and self-sufficient - Able to work independently, manage their own pipeline, and drive results without constant direction.A skilled relationship builder - Able to develop long-term partnerships with maintenance superintendents, project managers, and operations leaders.Knowledgeable about WA's mining sectorComfortable with CRM tools like Salesforce - Able to track leads, manage accounts, and report on sales performance efficiently.Willing to travel within WA - Able to visit client sites to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.What's on OfferCompetitive Salary, bonuses + car allowanceA brand-new role where you can shape and drive the BD strategy for WA.Work closely with national and regional leadership, gaining exposure to high-value projects.Join a company with reliable revenue streams, with some business units exceeding $100M+ turnover.Work across mining, infrastructure, and commercial sectors, selling essential remediation and protection services.
