Apply now Job no: 497108Work type: Full timeLocation: Perth CBD, Inner & Western SuburbsCategories: Professional RoleThe RoleReporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the role of the painter is to perform the painting of various units and rooms in Amana Living's various residential and retirement living facilities as business demands with potential for occasional remote work.
This role comes with a company vehicle
Monday to Friday 7am - 3:06pmKey responsibilities:To perform unit prep's in co-ordination with other staff members of the in-house property team once they are vacated by the residentPaint rooms/units in various facilities, Retirement Living Units, Hostel and Nursing HomesReceive paint jobs from the property helpdeskPurchase Paints and materials from our agreed contractor's listYou may be required to paint a unit while the resident is still living in the unit.
You may be required to remove paintings and fixtures off the walls and move furniture around.
Ensure all items of importance are covered up with drop sheets.About youThe successful candidate must possess a high level of physical capabilities as constant physical activity varying from low to high intensity, but predominantly of a moderate intensity.
