**About the Role**

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced **Retail Sales Assistant** to support our motivated team and drive sales in our Traralgon store outlet.
- Responsibilities include:_
- Cash handling
- General store operations
- Drive sales by building a rapport with customers
- Actively listening to customers wants and needs to identify opportunities and solutions
- Stock management and merchandising

**Skills & Experience**
- Australian working rights (full time)
- Prior retail sales experience within the bedding, furniture or similar industry is preferred
- Experience exceeding sales goals and KPI targets
- Customer-centric with a genuine friendly 'can do' attitude
- Available to work retail trading hours which include occasional weekend shifts

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 4 years (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 5 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 5 years (preferred)
