**Your Purpose**:
Annalect's Marketing Science Team focuses on delivering Marketing Mix Modelling, Digital Attribution and measurement solutions for our clients and agency partners. Our Marketing Science team leverages the power of data and analytics techniques, AI/ML technologies to uncover hidden relationships from vast troves of data, generate insights, and inform decision-making. Together with the wider Annalect functional areas, we help clients transform their business by architecting differentiated strategies to win in their chosen markets.
Reporting into the General Manager of Analytics Solutions, you will play a key role in shaping the services for our premier clients, help execute the core deliverables of projects in collaboration with other team members. You will work with the clients, Omnicom sister agencies, Annalect Management and rest of Annalect functions to execute.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Coach: on-board, train, and develop Data Scientists and Senior Data Scientists by adapting best practices and innovative solutions to deliver the core solution delivery AU
- Execute Marketing Mix Modelling and other Advanced Analytics Measurement Solutions and operationalize the delivery at a rapid pace
- Work with Regional and Global counterparts to assemble a best-in class Analytics solutions that scales, innovates and customizes solutions across clients and verticals
- Engage and collaborate with partner agency's execution team to ensure adoption of MMM outputs, insights to inform planning and optimization
- Quickly ramp up on execution and lead execution with the current team independently
**Your Expertise**:
- Previous experience building large scale Marketing-Mix Modelling solutions or Advanced Analytics solutions with a focus on marketing effectiveness is a must.
- 10-15 years of overall experience, 3-5 years of experience in delivering core solutions - marketing mix modelling/econometric analysis etc.
- High level experience at an integrated agency, marketing analytics or a consulting firm is preferred as well as people management experience.
- Knowledge and experience with syndicated research sources/tools (e.g. ComScore, Nielsen, GfK MRI, Simmons, etc), marketing technology (e.g. Data Management Platforms), ad-serving (e.g. Google DCM, Atlas), web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
