**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Pharmacy Manager in daily operations, including inventory management, sales targets, and merchandising.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Provide expert advice on skincare routines and product recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the premises to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for all

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail is essential
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends as needed
- A passion for health and beauty with a desire to learn and grow in the industry
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with customers on a personal level
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Completion of year 12 is required; professional beauty and makeup training is advantageous but not essential
