**What your days will look like**:

- Support the Store Manager and fellow Management Team in all areas of the business
- Meet regular targets for your department and identify opportunities for sales growth
- Prioritise customers and a great customer experience
- Lead by example and communicate management expectations
- High volume stock management
- Working with admin/systems and POS
- Support and implement in-store merchandising and presentation

**What we're looking for from you**:

- Proven retail leadership experience
- Experience in high volume retail sales and stock management (8+ palettes per day.)
- Management experience; leadership of 15+ team members
- Resilience and ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to seamlessly multitask and time manage
- High level communication, both written and verbal
- First Aid certified, or willing to be trained at our expense

**Must Have**:

- Most up-to-date resume
- Full working rights within Australia
- Full time availability, including weekends and late night trade
