At least 2 years' barista experience (basic, clean latte art is a must), fluent english, ability to chat with customers while working, have the ability to multitask (ie serve customers while keeping an eye on toasties etc.), Take coffees and food out, basic housekeeping (dishes, sanitising tables etc) and have a passion for great quality coffee.
