**The Opportunity**:
Our client is a leading National law firm with arguably the most unique and progressive approach in the industry. The firm boasts an excellent employee retention rate, state of the art offices, and fantastic benefits.

We're assisting them with the recruitment of a Receptionist for the Melbourne office, joining the established Front of House team.

This role will allow you to truly grow and develop your knowledge of corporate hospitality and offer you longevity in a stable and supportive environment.

This is a full-time role with hours of 9am-6pm, daily.

Overview of responsibilities include:

- Greeting guests, ensuring the reception and external areas are tidy and welcoming;
- Attending to front of house interactions, in person and via telephone, with a high level of detail and client service;
- Directing guests to meeting rooms, taking and passing on messages with accuracy;
- Managing meeting room bookings and facilitating meeting room preparation and clean up with the wider team;
- Maintain the visitor register;
- Arrange temporary security passes;

**The Requirements**:
Listed below are the minimum expectations for technical skills, experience and qualifications which individuals need to meet in order to perform their role:

- Previous experience in a corporate services or hospitality role;
- Exceptional client service skills and the ability to communicate effectively;
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage your own workflows and deadlines;
- Proficient on Microsoft Office Suite;
- Friendly, adaptable, and reliable.
