**_ Delivering high-quality facilities and homes at scale, with multiple active sites and more launching, we're seeking an experienced Labourer/Plant Operator to join our newly created second Commercial Construction Crew at our new site in Highfields _**

We are starting the commercial build very soon as Civil's are nearly complete. There's plenty of work ahead - we expect years of ongoing work at this site alone, with many more sites scheduled to begin this year. Whilst initially a casual role, this could lead to a permanent position with us.

As a labourer/excavator and skid steer operator your duties on the machines will be to scratch the pads, bringing them to the correct level, take the remaining soil away, drill piers, back filling, loading spoils plus moving bins around and making deliveries. Plus of course general labouring around the site when the machines are not required.

We are seeking individuals who are hardworking, reliable and who is licenced with demonstrable experience in operating **_Skid Steers and Excavators_** as a minimum, manitou experience would be an asset.

**About You**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Be licenced and able to operate the above equipment
- Be reliable and trustworthy with the ability to work with little supervision and be able to work as part of a team
- Strong safety initiative
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be reliable and dedicated to the role
- General knowledge of the construction industry and environmental principles and relevant legislation/standards.
- Current Driver's Licence
- Construction Industry Card (White Card)
