About the RoleReporting to the GrowAG.
Manager, you will:Support the growAG.
and evokeAG.
communications teams with content, newsletters, presentations, and social media content.Maintain backend content across the growAG.
and evokeAG.
websites and coordinate with developers and digital service providers.Collaborate on content generation, including SEO-focused articles and industry updates.Assist in organising industry events, including bookings, travel, and promotion.Prepare monthly reports and assist in quarterly Board report preparation.Manage and coordinate data across systems including CMS, CRM, Marketo, K2, Monday Board, Sprout, and Google Analytics.Maintain records and stakeholder engagement data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Support contract administration and coordinate workshops and webinars.Assist with day-to-day operations of the growAG.

team during peak periods.About YouYou are a strong communicator and problem-solver, with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
You are a team player with a positive, can-do attitude, and enjoy working in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment where initiative and adaptability are valued.Skills and ExperienceMandatory:Tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.At least 3 years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, digital systems, or project coordination.Strong understanding of data, content, and client management systems.Experience managing social media channels and campaigns (especially LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube).
Advanced MS Office skills and experience with online meeting platforms.Desirable:Experience drafting newsletters, social media content, and presentations.Exposure to Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and Canva.Experience in project coordination and digital asset management systems.Familiarity with statutory authority governance and reporting requirements.Why Join Us?
