**About the Role**

Monford Group is looking for a FIFO WHSE Advisor to support our projects in WA, with POH Perth on a 2/1 roster. Some of the key tasks will include;
- Promote occupational health & safety on site and support the Corporate WHSE Manager to identify any gap in systems and procedures.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the relevant Acts and Regulations and advise management of changes to legislation or activities being conducted or planned.
- Conduct and support HSE audits, inspections, investigations, and training/awareness.
- Ensure all HSE processes and activities; JHA's, permits etc. comply with relevant HSE legislation and company standards.
- Advise and support project teams and contractors on WHSE matters, ensuring compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all safety incidents, accidents, and near misses are properly reported, investigated, and followed up on.
- Assist in the preparation and review of risk assessments, method statements, and safety documentation.
- Develop and deliver safety induction programs for all site personnel.

**About You**
- Relevant qualification in WHSE like Certificate IV in WHS, Diploma of WHS, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in a WHSE role, preferably within a construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of WHSE legislation, standards, and best practices.
- Experience with risk assessments, safety audits, incident investigations, and hazard management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with site personnel and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and efficiently.
