Our Bardia Centre is a brand new purpose built, world class Childcare centre for 60 Children with large indoor and outdoor learning environments.

Ignite Early Learning Centres are an established, family-owned business who have been operating since 2012. We have over 20 years' experience within the childcare industry, with 4 of our centres located in Sydney, boasting strong occupancy and a positive work environment.

**The Role**

We are looking for a passionate and motivated educators of all qualifications (Trainees, CIII, Diplomas and ECTS) to join our growing team 5 days per week in a permanent full-time capacity. Our high-quality education and care services are beautifully designed, boasting strong occupancy and a positive work environment.

**Key Responsibility Areas**
- Planning and Programming
- Assist in Observation management
- Assist in overseeing daily room practices
- Ensure all compliance documentation is up to date
- Provide support and motivation to the centre staff
- Lead and develop a core group of educators

**Min Requirement**
- Completed a relevant qualification
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- A current Working with Children Check and NSW Police Check
- A knowledge of Children's services regulation, The Early Years Learning Framework and The National Quality Framework
- Passion and ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the centre for children, families and colleagues
- Strong written and clearly spoken communication skills
- Your personal teaching philosophy
- Child protection certificate (CHCPRTOOO1/2) or willing to obtain

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.64 - $40.00 per hour
