We have a 12 Month Contract
Business Analyst - SAP S/4 HANA Cloud role
available. This will see you working on a
Multi-Year Major System Replacement Program to Implement S/4 Hana Public Cloud
. This is a crucial role in
optimizing procurement and service operations and ensuring the efficient use of SAP S4 Hana
. It involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, gathering and analysing data, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and supporting the implementation of SAP S4 Hana solutions to drive the business forward.
You will be
responsible for creating Process Maps, helping with Testing Scenarios
and
Data Analysis
.
Knowledge of Scope Items in S/4 Hana Private OR Public Cloud is Essential
.
You will be
interacting with the business
on a
greenfield S/4 Hana Implementation
and
enforcing the Business to adopt SAP Best Practices
.
This role requires an experienced
Business Analyst who understands how S/4 Hana Cloud works
.

S/4 Hana Cloud Implementation experience

knowledge of the scope items that come with S/4 Hana Cloud
.
Procurement or Sale of Services Industry experience
is Essential.
Key Responsibilities
Understand and advocate for the use of standard SAP business processes delivered via SAP Signavio Process Navigator.
Guide the business in adapting to standard processes thus minimizing custom development which is heavily restricted in SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud.
Use tools like SAP Cloud ALM for documentation, process modelling, and tracking. Draw out end to end process maps that includes SAP, non-SAP systems and manual steps along with the roles performing those steps.
Define and manage test scenarios and acceptance criteria aligned with the standard processes.
Coordinate and support key user testing, particularly in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Help with defect tracking and resolution via SAP Cloud ALM or equivalent tools.
Help drive change management, focusing on business adoption of standard processes. Address concerns or resistance to change due to process standardization during interactions with business stakeholders.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users based on the configured solution.
Essential Skills & Experience
SAO S/4 Hana Private OR Public Cloud Implementation Exp (Essential)
Deep knowledge of S/4 Hana Private OR Public Cloud Scope Items (Essential)
Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes in Procurement and Services Domain (Essential)
5-10 years + Business Analysis Experience (Essential)
Experience Creating Process Maps (Essential)
Experience in Testing / UAT and Data Analysis (Essential)
Deep knowledge of SAP Best Practices (Essential)
Procurement or Sale of Services Industry experience (ideal)
Business side Business Analysis Exp
(Essential)
Familiarity with SAP Best Practices / Process Navigator related to SAP S/4 HANA Cloud, Fit-to-Standard approach, and SAP Activate methodology (Essential)
Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities.
Experience writing user stories and test-cases.
Ability to influence business users toward standard solutions.
S/4 Hana Public Cloud Implementation Exp (Desirable)
Excellent business stakeholder engagement skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
